Στο πλαίσιο του εορτασμού της Ευρωπαϊκής Ημέρας Συντήρησης (11/10), το Πολιτιστικό Ίδρυμα Ομίλου Πειραιώς (ΠΙΟΠ) απαντά διαδικτυακά σε ερωτήματα επισκεπτών του Ιστορικού Αρχείου ΠΙΟΠ. Τα ερωτήματα σχετίζονται με το επάγγελμα του συντηρητή, τον χώρο εργασίας του και τους τρόπους διατήρησης ποικίλου αρχειακού υλικού.
Η Ευρωπαϊκή Ημέρα Συντήρησης, πρωτοβουλία της Ευρωπαϊκής Συνομοσπονδίας Οργανισμών Συντήρησης (European Confederation of Conservator-Restorers' Organisations - ECCO), στοχεύει στην ανάδειξη του ρόλου του συντηρητή στη διαφύλαξη της πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς.

Podcast « Archive daily»
In the context of the celebration of the European Day of Conservation-Restoration 2020 (11/10), The Piraeus Bank Group Cultural Foundation (PIOP) answers online questions asked by visitors to Historical Archives PIOP. The questions are related to the profession of the conservator, his workplace and the ways of preserving various archival material.
The European Day of Conservation-Restoration, an initiative of the European Confederation of Conservator-Restorers' Organizations (ECCO), aims to highlight the role of the conservator in the preservation of cultural heritage.
